The Participation fee until 10.09.2018: 50 euro (250 lei) – excluding Bank transfer fees
The Participation fee between 11.09.2018 – 20.10.2018: 60 euro (280 lei)  – excluding Bank transfer fees

The Participation fee between 21.10.2018 – 03.11.2018: 75 euro (350 lei)  – excluding Bank transfer fees

All the Conference fees will be payed in the Bank Accounts of the EDUCATION FOR TOMORROW ASSOCIATION (The non-profit association of the Faculty of the Education Sciences, University of Pitesti)

The Publication fee of 90 euro (410 lei) will be payed after the Organizers confirm that the paper was accepted to be published

 


The Edu World 2018 Conference fees does not include the bank transfer fees!

The Conference in 9th – 10th November 2018 will take place at Ramada**** Hotel in Pitesti (see the Venue menu above)
Extra information:

The Conference fee covers technical facilities, the coffee breaks,  2 dinners, 1 lunch  at Ramada **** Hotel in Pitesti and the conference map with the CD of abstracts.

There will be special rates available for accommodation of all participants (including students) at partner Hotels in Pitesti. The organizers will not provide free accommodation for the participants at the conference (nor for students)!

PARTICIPANT TYPE:

2. Full attendant – registered with paper(s)
3. Students (Bachelor and Master only) – registered with paper (FREE). Students can register & participate only in STUDENTS CONFERENCE Section for free. The students’ papers will be published in a special volume with ISSN.

The students who wish to participate in other sections of the conference will be considered full attendants and will pay the participation fee & the publication fee (if the case)

All the bank transfer fees will be supported by the participants by adding the value to the conference fee!


Every participant must register him(her)self in order to participate.

 

   

Important notes:

  1. All the participants without paper(s) and at least one author of every paper (leading authors or co-authors – present or not) will pay the Participation fee (50, 60 or 75 euro, depending on specific deadlines)
  2. Every co-authors that wish to attend the conference will also pay the Participation fee (50, 60 or 75 euro, depending on specific deadlines)
  3. The co-authors that will not be present at the conference will pay a reduced participation fee of 25 euro (for the Conference bag)
  4. Participants whose papers are accepted to be published will pay the Publication fee of 90 euro for the 1st paper and, if the case, another 50 euro for the 2nd paper
  5. An author can register with maximum two papers regardless if he/she is lead author or co-author
  6. In order for the publication fee to be payed, the lead author or one of the co-authors must first pay the participation fee
